In order to share with you our Project philosophy, here are some details about it that will bring you closer to understand how we work.

Where are you based?

Eva Burton Maker is a Spain based jewellery label. Our head office and production studio is based in Bilbao, Basque Country. All jewellery is designed and produced from our studio Flashera Lab.

Where can I purchase your jewellery?

We ship worldwide via our e-shop. Also, Eva Burton Maker is stocked internationally in Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain and Brazil.

I would like to take clases with you. Do you offer workshops?

Yes! I do offer contemporary Jewellery workshops at my studio Flashera Lab in Bilbao with the idea to explore and experiment with alternative materials. Email me for more info in upcoming workshops and I will give you details of the different possibilities.

I would like yo meet you and see your working space. Can I come by?

Of course! We love visitors, so do not hesitate and stop by our studio - showroom space located in Bilbao, Spain. Contact me and let´s meet up!

What sustainable business practices do you employ?

Consciously handcrafted in-house

All Eva Burton´s pieces are handcrafted from our Spain based studio, Flashera Lab.

Sustainable Production Practices

We employ sustainable studio practices to ensure our studio runs efficiently and consciously. Scrap precious metals are recycled for re-use. We save and reuse all boxes and packaging. All excess soft plastics are reused as much as possible and eventually sent to be recycled. All chemicals used in the production of the jewellery are eco-friendly alternative to protect our health and the environment.

 

Outsourcing

Industrial production processes that occur outside of the studio are outsourced to local, Spain businesses, supporting the local economy. We also collaborate with small family businesses in Idar-Oberstein, Germany.

 

Eva Burton Maker employs a ‘Minimal Waste’ strategy through:

· A component based designs practice.

Eva Burton Maker employs a design philosophy based on motif components which are used across multiple designs and seasons. Components are often featured in multiple colour ways. This means that excess components at the end of the season can be re-worked into future seasons designs to minimise any waste or dead stock.

· Small batch production

Eva Burton Maker is handcrafted in small batches as demand is required. Because our jewellery is consciously crafted in-house we are able to control our production and stock levels to minimise waste and headstock each season.

We understand how important it is that your packages arrive promptly. Below you will find answers to Frequently Asked Questions about our shipping policies and rates.

Does we service international destinations?
Yes we offer International Shipping. Read more about shipping rates below.

What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?
Sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical street address for delivery.

Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple addresses.

Can I ship my order using multiple shipping methods?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items using multiple shipping methods.

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Our studio securely processes most credit cards.  All prices are listed in Euro.


What if I have an APO or FPO address?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses.

What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
You can return your jewellery for any reason within 14 days from arrival of the goods (returns outside the above time frames are accepted at our own discretion). Please contact us before sending back the goods. 


 

PRODUCTION TIME 

All the items from Eva Burton are hand crafted with precision and can take between 2-14 business days to be completed. Please follow the time frames listed in each item description for information regarding when your item will ship.

 

SHIPPING

Below you will find our shipping and return policy and rates.

 

Orders are sent via 1st class delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage while parcels are making their way to you. In the event that your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all we will work with you to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

 

If the ítem(s) you purchased are IN STOCK, orders are normally posted within 1 day of receiving the order. If there is a delay in posting or an item is out of stock we will email you to let you know and of the estimated delivery date. 

 

National orders will normally arrive around 2-4 working days. International orders will normally arrive around 5-15 days depending on the delivery country. Please note there may be customs/import duties to pay at the destination country. We do not pay these and are the responsibility of the customer.

Spain: 2 to 4 working days 7 Euro

EU: 5 to 7 working days 12 Euro

Rest of The World: 10 to 15 working days 25 Euro

 

POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with your purchase and you want to make a return please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order : You have the right to return by any reason any piece within 14 days from the arrival. If for any reason the goods doesn't satisfy your criteria, within this 14 days, you will get a refund for the value paid for the purchased piece(s) once the piece(s) has arrived at Eva Burton´s offices. Please be aware that international customs duties and other taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU.
 

We can then give you a full refund or exchange it for another item. Either way we will do our best to make sure you are happy!

Please follow our criteria if you do need to make a return:

While handing over the parcel to the courier please ensure that the jewellery is in brand new, un-worn condition. Items must be returned with the original packaging. Be aware that we will not accept returns that do not meet these criteria and will return your order with an email explaining our position 

 

After the courier has collected the parcel, please contact us to confirm return by giving reference of the shipment.

 

Any duty and taxes that may be charge in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure that the delivery address is an address where you could be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

 

Transactions are processed in euro. 

 

Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

 

Refunds on damaged merchandise are only given if the damage was caused by shipping or had a makers defect (meaning the damage didnt come from regular wear). Items that have been damaged due to regular wear can not be returned
